Editorial & Committees

Throughout my career, I have been committed to strengthening the professional, ethical, and scientific foundations of pharmacy—both through my clinical and academic work, and through long-term engagement in editorial boards, expert committees, and policy working groups. As a member of the editorial boards of leading Croatian pharmacy journals, including InPharma, Adiva, Vita, and Zdravlje IQ, I contribute to the development and dissemination of evidence-based pharmaceutical knowledge. These roles allow me to support the ongoing education of pharmacists and the advancement of pharmacy as a profession. In parallel, I actively serve on national and international committees that shape healthcare policy, professional standards, and patient care strategies. These include the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP), the Croatian Chamber of Pharmacists (HLJK), the Croatian Pharmaceutical Society (HFD), and various European Commission and PGEU working groups. I have also contributed to projects such as the ENABLE Adherence initiative and national clinical guidelines for emergency contraception, sore throat management, and rational medicine use.

My participation in organizing boards for congresses, public health campaigns, and policy consultations reflects my belief that collaboration, regulation, and knowledge-sharing are critical to progress in healthcare. This work continues to inspire me to advocate for a more patient-centered, evidence-informed, and unified pharmacy profession.

Engaging with professional journals has been an important part of my work in advancing pharmacy knowledge and supporting continuous professional development. Through my roles on editorial boards and as a contributing associate, I’ve had the opportunity to promote evidence-based practice, review emerging topics, and help shape accessible, relevant content for pharmacists and healthcare professionals. These collaborations reflect my ongoing commitment to education, accuracy, and the ethical communication of pharmaceutical science.
