My work experience
Throughout my career, I have been committed to advancing pharmacy practice, healthcare management, and education on both national and international levels.
As Director of ZU Ljekarna Bjelovar since 2015, I lead a network of community pharmacies, implementing pharmaceutical care initiatives and public health projects that improve patient outcomes.
Earlier roles as Pharmacy Manager, Head of Depot, and Pharmacist Associate have built my foundation in operational leadership and patient-centered service delivery.
Alongside pharmacy leadership, I serve as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Osijek, designing and teaching pharmacy courses that bridge theory and practice.
At the European level, I advocate for the profession through my role as President of the Employed Community Pharmacists in Europe (EPhEU), working to strengthen community pharmacy standards and healthcare policy.
Driven by a belief that pharmacy is about empowering patients and supporting communities, I continue to combine strategic leadership, academic engagement, and innovation to meet evolving healthcare needs.
