Katarina Fehir Šola | Assistant Professor at University of Osijek

About me

I started my career believing pharmacy was about medicine—until I saw it was really about people.
Since then, I’ve dedicated my work to combining care, education, and advocacy to help shape a more responsive and patient-centered profession.

My Journey

With over 20 years of experience in pharmacy and healthcare, I have built a career focused on leadership, education, and public health. As Director of ZU Ljekarna Bjelovar and Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine in Osijek, I bridge pharmacy operations, education, and patient care. Through my role in the Employed Community Pharmacists in Europe (EPhEU), I also advocate for the profession at the European level.
